  • The student can still enroll. Pre-registration is used for slot monitoring only and not an official registration.
  • ENROLLMENT tab then add/change subject (Pros: Ensures enrollment on regular subjects, Cons: possibility of conflict of schedule)

  • ONLINE PRTF tab (Pros: may ensures enrollment on all irregular subjects, Cons: Slot Availability)

  • The Students may add/change during the period set in the Academic Calendar. They may select additional subjects or change already enrolled subjects with another courses using the Change of Matriculation Form.

  • You can enroll using the Online PRTF tab. However, if your subject have no available slot, you need to request to your Registration Adviser regarding your concern.             

  • Visit your RIC and comply with needed requirement.
  • Visit your Registration Adviser/Department and request for an additional slot or petition for a course.
  • Look and change for another schedule or visit the course department.
  • Please check your designated schedule. Accessing of portal is limited to scheduled program.
  • Request for reset password.
  • Consult your Registration Adviser.
  • You cannot enroll a subject if you have not satisfied or passed it pre-requisite subject. Enrolling in and attendance in a subject without passing its prerequisite(s) shall not be given academic credit.
  • You need to reenroll the same subject if you get a grade of In-Progress (IP) particularly for Thesis course, however you need to select the course with flat rate (0 units). Example: ABEN 3501_0

  • Kindly consult with your faculty. Submitted grades by faculty needs to be approve by their Department Head and College Dean.
  • Removing preloaded courses/subjects for First year on your current program and adding/changing it with courses/subjects for the program you intended to shift is NOT ALLOWED. A student has NO ASSURANCE that there will be an available slot for the program they intend to shift to and CANNOT GUARANTEE an absolute acceptance from the department, as it will be subject to evaluation.

  • Student covered by Free Higher Education (FHE) or with scholarship grant do not need to pay tuition fee; and

  • Students on their Sixth year (Four Year Program), Eight year (DVM), Second Courser need to settle their payment for tuition fee before being enrolled.

  • Download your Registration form and verify if all your course(s) are registered, correct schedule and added to the right faculty.
