For NEW APPLICANTS.
The call for TDP TES applications shall be issued within the first semester of each academic year together with the annual call tor TES applications. Said cal shall indicate a period of three (3) weeks and not more than four (4) weeks for the submission of lists of TDP-Tes applicants and their documentary requirements. Beyond such a period, no application may be processed
1. Certified true copy/electronically generated Certificate of Enrolment (COE)/ Certificate of Registration (COR) with number of units as proof of enrollment.
2. Certified true copy of Leave of Absence (LOA) submitted to HEI for returning students who failed to enroll one semester in one academic year (if applicable).

1. Filipino citizen;
2. Graduating high school students; High school graduates; with earned units in
college; or passer of Alternative Learning System / Philippine Educational
Placement Test (ALS/PEPT);
3. Will enroll or currently enrolled in recognized programs in agriculture, forestry,
fisheries, veterinary medicine education and related agricultural education
programs offered by duly authorized Higher Education Institutions (HEIs);
4. Combined annual gross income of parents/guardians not to exceed Three Hundred
Thousand Pesos (PHP300,000.00); In exceptional cases, where income exceeds
PHP300,000.00, the ACEF ExeCom shall determine the merits of the application;
and
5. Avail only one government funded financial assistance program.
1. Applicants secure application from DA Regional/Provincial
Offices or CHEDROs or implementing HEIs using the ACEFGIAHEP Application Form (Annex A);
2. Accomplish application and submit together with the required documents to any of the above-stated agencies/institutions;
3. Above-stated agencies/institutions submits the applications to
DA;
4. DA evaluates and approves application and recommends the
masterlist to CHED the qualified grantees for funding;
5. CHEDRO issues Notice of Award (NOA); and
6. Applicant accepts or waives the NOA
1. For Graduating Senior High School Students – duly certified copy of grades of 1st
Semester;
2. For lifelong learners eligible for college – high school report card;
3. For applicants with Earned Units in College - duly certified copy of grades for the
latest semester/term attended;
4. For Other Applicants
4.1 ALS - duly certified copy of ALS Accreditation and Equivalency Test Passer
Certificate; and
4.2 PEPT - duly certified copy of PEPT Certificate of Advancing to the Next Level.
5. Financial Requirements
Proof of Income - any one of the following:
5.1 Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents/guardians if employed;
5.2 Certificate of Tax Exemption from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);
5.3 Certificate of No Income from BIR;
5.4 Certificate of Indigency from their Barangay;
5.5 Certificate/Case Study from Department of Social Welfare and Development
(DSWD);
5.6 For children of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) and seafarers, a latest copy of
contract or proof of income may be considered.

3. Combined annual gross income of parent/s, guardian which does not exceed FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND pesos (Php400,000), or in cases where the income exceeds Php400.000 an applicant must present a written certification or medical findings of illness of a family member, or school certifications of two or more dependents enrolled in college.

1. Must be a Filipino citizen.
2. Children/grandchildren of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) or small farmers and fishers.
3. High school graduate Student with a minimum average grade of 90% or belonging to the top 10% of their class *(i.e. final grade or senior high or grades from the latest available grading period).
4. Must pass the selection requirement of partner SUCs (e.g., entrance exams, submission of the required documents and preliminary interviews).
5. Must not enjoy any other financial assistance, grant, or scholarship from other external sources (e.g., foundations, local government units, Department of Science and Technology [DOST], pre-need educational plans).
6. Students whose annual total family income does not exceed PHP.
300,000.00 as stated in their BIR Income Tax Return (ITR) or in the absence, any other document as proof of income (e,g. Certificate of Indigency or BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption may be considered).
Continuing Requirements. The individual scholarship grant may be renewed each year until the scholar has completed the course, provided that the following conditions are mel every semester subject to submission of documents:
a. A general weighted average (GWA) of not lower than 2,5 or its equivalent per semester, with no grade lower than 3.0 in any subject.
b. If the scholar obtains a failing grade and in case of failure to meet the required GWA, the scholar may appeal the case to the LCDFI with the endorsement of the dean and the appropriate authorities of the SUC. LANDBANK-CAG shall make the final decision based on the recommendation of LCDFI
c. The decision of the LCDFI and LANDBANK-CAC shall depend upon the nature andior gravity of the case, based on the following guidelines
1) First Offense - When a scholar obtains a failing, incomplete or conditional grade in any one (1) subject a semester, a written warning shall be issued.
2) Second Offense - When a scholar obtains a faling incomplete or conditional grade in any two (2) subjects in a single semester, an automatic windrawal of the scholarship shall be made.

Pre- Qualification Requirements
1. Duly filled-out Scholarship Application Form.
2. Certified true copy of birth certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
3. Two 2" x 2° ID photos.
4. Medical Certificate.
5. Photocopy of membership of parent/s as ARB and/or certificate of membership of parent/s as member of the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) under the Department of Agriculture (DA).
6. Endorsement Letter from partner SUCs.
7. Photocopy of recent ITR of parent/s or Barangay Certification of Indigency/BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption of unemployed parents/guardians.
8. Summary of grades (Grade 12 senior high school) Endorsement letter from the high school principal.
9. Certificate of good moral character coming from the school.
10. Current resume, with list of activities, awards and honor.
500-words essay on "Why I am pursuing my chosen course" and "How does LANDBANK Help in nation Building".
11. Barangay clearance from the applicants home barangay or residence .
1. Total annual grant of Pesos: One Hundred Thousand Only (Php100,000.00), less applicable taxes to cover the following expenses:
a. Allowance/stipend
b. Book allowance and other requirements of the course
c. Clothing/uniform/shoes
2. Scholars graduating with high honors shall receive a corresponding special cash award incentives as follows:
Honor
Summa Cum Laude - PHP 100,000.00
Magna Cum Laude - PHP 70.000.00
Cum Laude - PHP 50, 000.00
3. Subsidy for Graduating Scholars:
A maximum of PHP 16, 000.00 shall be granted as licensure review and examination fees, via reimbursement, to cover the following expenses:
a. Review Center Fee (Only official receipts shall be accepted)
b. Professional Regulation Commission Application Fee
c. Photocopying and/or printing of review materials
Subject of prevailing rules of LANDBANK unit in the Head Office or the Bank's Field Units, cooperatives or partner institutions following their OJT curriculum.
